      • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day.
      • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day.
   2. Shipping Locations:
      • We currently deliver sweets and namkeens to customers across Hyderabad, India, and internationally.
   3. Delivery Timeframe:
      • Hyderabad: Orders within Hyderabad are eligible for same-day delivery. You can expect your order to be delivered within 24 hours.
      • Rest of India: Orders for locations outside Hyderabad will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
      • International: For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided during checkout.
   4. Shipping Charges:
      • Shipping charges are based on the delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected during checkout. You will see the applicable shipping charges before confirming your order.
   5. Tracking Your Order:
      • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
   6. Delivery Attempt:
      • In case you are not available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver it again. If unsuccessful, they may leave a note for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up from their local facility.
   7. International Customs and Duties:
      • For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

      • Please be aware that during holidays and peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and potential courier delays.
